MEETING POINT
Request a pickup from your hotel or vocational house. Please, indicate your preference regarding booking. Pickups are included inside a perimeter of 7kilometer from downtown La Fortuna. If your hotel is not in that range, an extra fee will be charged according to the location of your hotel.
Please make sure you are ready 5 minutes before the pick-up time.

ASPECTS TO CONSIDER
Not recommended for people with heart problems, recent surgeries, back problems, people with low mobility, pregnancy, etc.
In tropical regions is normal to have rainy days. Please take into consideration that you may get wet and even with the rain most of the tours are still run.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of a cancellation made 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100%.
We will charge a cancelation fee of 50% if the reservation is canceled 48 hours before the tour starts.
